Rosaline was as scared as she could be. What if he doesn't like me? what if he turns me out? These questions went over and over in her mind as she climbed the hill to the Governors house. She finally reached the top and climbed the stairs. With a shaking hand she knoched on the door. "I hope he likes me,"she whispered.

John who was in the gardens with his daughter that he had rised from she was shild and now had becomed a great girl, was talking about giving her riding lessons..when that was figured he decided to go back to his house where his servants was waiting on orders from him. As he arrived his house he saw a woman who was about to knock on his door, he wondered who this person might be so he stepped forward and spoke."Hello there, you come to visit the Governor?"

She turned shocked at the voice behind her. "Yes, I've come to see him." She thought he was a servant so she said,"Can you tell him that his daughter is waiting for him?"

"His daughter?" John said suprisingly as he watched her, wondering why she would say something like that when his one and only daughter where in the gardens where he had been coming from. Maybe this was a person who just wanted to trick him he thought and so watched her seriously while she spoke again."Well I am John Smith..but I cant remember that you are my daughter, what makes you say so?" He asked couriously and stepped closer.

Rosaline sobbed, she had finally met her dad,but he didn't belive her. "Remeber a woman named Carrie Delacour? That was my mother, who you abandoned in France!" She started to cry.

John looked at her with an interesting and shocked look as she said her mothers name, he knew that name and he remembered but he never new she was pragnent with him at that time. He couldnt believe what he was being told or seeing, he stepped a bit futher but then saw she started to cry and then felt pitty for her."Yes I remember that name, but that was a long time before I moved to Caribbean. I never knew...how...why?"He was still shocked as he said so and so came closer, taking her hands in his..looking at them."I`m sorry...please dont cry."

"Its just that all this time I thought you didn't want me. I grew up hearing stories of you. My mother is dead now. Killed during a pirate raid, where I was taken by the pirates. They traveled here and I escaped. But I just wanted to meet you." She started to cry harder. Thinking of her mother was still too hard.

John held her hands in his as he looked at her speaking and crying, he felt sorry for her and didnt really know what to do. He didnt want her to cry but to be happy, thought it was quit shocking that he had another daughter he didnt knew about..even she could lie about it just to get his richdom."I`m sorry to hear that but I never knew, well i`m glad you manage to run away from those awefull pirates..incridable that you managed without getting hurt..really sad about your mother thought..wish I knew before."

(ah okey hehe, no problems..hope u have a great trip then.)

John looked at his unkown daughter as she spoke and he listened couriously, when she asked him about if she could stay with him he hasitated a while cause he wasnt sure if she was just a simple thief who tried to trick him out of money of a place to stay but he nodded and agreed cause he felt pitty for her..maybe while she stayed there he could learn more about her and her past."Of course you can my child, dont worry..you`ll be alright now."He said with a smile and then hugged her carefully as he was infront fo her.
